Service terms (summary)
A plain-language summary of how AEOLedger engagements work. Every paid engagement runs under a signed Master Services Agreement (MSA) and a Statement of Work (SOW). If this page and the signed documents differ, the signed documents apply. The full MSA is available on request from hello@aeoledger.com.

Services and scope
- AI Visibility Snapshot (free): 3 buyer prompts × 3 assistants × 3 runs, checked by hand, delivered as a one-page summary within 2 business days.
- AI Visibility Audit: 25 buyer prompts × 4 assistants (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Mode, Claude) × 3 runs = 300 answers, checked by hand, delivered in 7 business days from kickoff. Includes share of voice against named competitors, a cited-source map, a technical readiness check, a prioritised 30-day fix list, the raw data and a walkthrough call.
- Foundation Sprint: a one-off, fixed-price project that ships the Audit's priority fixes and re-measures on the same prompt set at day 30.
- Growth Retainer: monthly re-measurement on the same prompt set, ongoing content and source work, and a monthly report and call.

Fees and payment
- Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes. Clients in India: the Audit is ₹50,000; applicable taxes extra.
- Audit: 100% upfront, before fieldwork begins.
- Sprint: 50% at kickoff, 50% on delivery of the final deliverable.
- Retainer: invoiced monthly in advance. Minimum term three months, then 30 days' notice.
- Launch-partner rate: the Audit is $750 instead of $1,500 for our first five Audit clients. It doesn't change the scope. If you book a Foundation Sprint within 30 days of receiving the Audit, the $750 is credited in full against the Sprint.
- International clients pay in USD by bank transfer. Each party bears its own bank charges.
How work is delivered
All deliverables are digital: reports (PDF), raw data files and calls over video. Nothing is shipped physically. Every deliverable has a date in the SOW.
Delivery guarantee
If we miss a delivery date in the SOW, we keep working on that deliverable at no extra cost until it is delivered, and we credit 20% of that deliverable's fee.
No outcome guarantee
AI assistants are run by third parties. Their answers vary from run to run and change without notice. We don't guarantee that any assistant will name, rank or cite you, or any resulting traffic or revenue. We guarantee the scope, the delivery dates and an honest re-measure on the same prompt set.
Ownership and confidentiality
- You own the deliverables once they are paid for. We keep our own tools, scripts and methods.
- Your information is confidential. We name you or publish results only if you opt in.
- For EU and UK clients who share personal data with us, we sign a Data Processing Addendum with Standard Contractual Clauses. See also our privacy notice.
Limitation of liability
Each party's total liability under an engagement is capped at 12 months' fees under the SOW concerned, subject to the exceptions set out in the MSA.

Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it. A signed SOW keeps the terms it was signed under.
